We all have goals. Be it getting in shape, starting a healthy routine, losing weight, alleviating stress, etc. The hardest part to achieving our goals is getting started. When left to our own devices, we often hit snooze and skip… then feel bad later. This is where doing a challenge can help. Practising with the same group of yogis, where they know you and you know them, pulls you to the mat even when you don’t want to. This works because you know they are going to be asking about you or calling to see why you are not on the mat. We practise together and support each other in the process of achieving our goals.
Everyone has different goals and motivations. For some, just finishing the challenge is the goal. For others, finishing the challenge is the first goal that sets the foundation for accomplishing the next goal. Start off by committing to 7 or 14 days, or jump right in and commit to 21 days of hot yoga.
It will not be easy, but the results are worth all the sweat. Do it to help yourself – and to help others.
This is an integral programme where techniques are learned, skills are sharpened and the fire of transformation is fuelled. The commitment to practise with the same group of yogis over an extended period of time sets the foundation for powerful changes in practice and life. This programme is more than just a regular hot yoga class on the class schedule. The series also includes daily meditation practices, weekly intentions, inspired journaling and contemplation exercises, special Sunday practices, as well as asana and sequence explanations to deepen your understanding of yoga.
This challenge is open to all students who desire a life-affirming shift but are not participating in the full 200-hour Hot Yoga Teacher Training. Those registered in the full teacher training have this included in the programme.

All 7 or 21-day challenge participants will receive a study booklet outlining best practices and helpful tips.

American Yogi & Founder of Crow Yoga RYS
Daniel Copper Crow (Copper) is an internationally renowned conference presenter, course leader, and yoga teacher trainer.
Originally from Texas, USA, Copper was first introduced to yoga at age four, by his father and martial art teachers. He fully committed to teaching ‘Yoga’ in 2003, after resigning as a Senior Training Specialist for Charles Schwab, a leading US Fortune 500 company. Copper holds the highest qualification possible with Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 500, in addition to professional training certifications with Achieve Global, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and Mager Consortium. He has been leading professional development & leadership courses since 2000, teaching and managing Yoga studios throughout Asia (Bangkok, Seoul, Hong Kong & Singapore) since 2004, and has led over 20 yoga teacher trainings since 2009.
Beyond hot yoga, Copper also leads trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Universal Yoga. His playfulness and joy are present in every class, workshop, or teacher training course he leads. On the mat, he encourages students to explore their practice and themselves as deeply as possible.
