First stepping into a yoga room 10 years ago, Amy loves how yoga continues to make her stronger, calmer and more present; both on and off the mat. While physical postures initially drew her in, it is the symbiosis between body, mind and breath that keeps her coming back practice after practice.

Recognising yoga as a calm point in a busy life, she is inspired to empower others with their own joyful practice. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Blair Hughes at Hom Yoga in Singapore. She encourages students to find ease and breath in their practice, so they leave feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
