Hot Hatha is where it all begins. It is a foundational practice, open to all levels of practitioner, that follows a fixed sequence of poses to cultivate a health and wellness for body and mind. While the sequence is safe for beginners, it’s not easy due to the intense heat. Be sure to dress comfortably and hydrate before class.

Join Copper as he breaks down the hot practice to help you avoid common mistakes and get the most benefit from your time on the mat.

Session includes 30 minutes of tutorial and 60 minutes of practice.

Fundamentals of Hatha

Hatha is the next step in growing your practice. It’s a static practice, like Hot Hatha, but non-hot, doesn’t follow a fixed sequence, and introduces more challenging poses like arm balances and hip openers. Hatha class incorporates longer holds with emphasis on how to do the pose correctly with proper alignment and variations to cater to different practitioner abilities.

Fundamentals of Flow

The Vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic practice focused on linking poses together synchronised with breath. It incorporates all the poses taught from the Hot/Hatha classes, but with more poses on the hands and moving at a much faster pace; developing strength and concentration.

Join Copper as he breaks down the flow practice at a slower pace with proper alignments to help you avoid common mistakes and get the most benefit from your time on the mat.

Session includes 30 minutes of tutorial and 60 minutes of practice.

American Yogi & Founder of Crow Yoga RYS

Daniel Copper Crow (Copper) is an internationally renowned conference presenter, course leader, and yoga teacher trainer.

Originally from Texas, USA, Copper was first introduced to yoga at age four, by his father and martial art teachers. He fully committed to teaching ‘Yoga’ in 2003, after resigning as a Senior Training Specialist for Charles Schwab, a leading US Fortune 500 company. Copper holds the highest qualification possible with Yoga Alliance, E-RYT 500, in addition to professional training certifications with Achieve Global, Development Dimensions International (DDI), and Mager Consortium. He has been leading professional development & leadership courses since 2000, teaching and managing Yoga studios throughout Asia (Bangkok, Seoul, Hong Kong & Singapore) since 2004, and has led over 20 yoga teacher trainings since 2009. 

Beyond hot yoga, Copper also leads trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Universal Yoga. His playfulness and joy are present in every class, workshop, or teacher training course he leads. On the mat, he encourages students to explore their practice and themselves as deeply as possible.
