Life is a hologram – with the same essence yet a different mirror of perspective. Do you feel like your practice needs a change of perspective? Or perhaps you're simply going through the motions and not quite feeling it?

Get into the groove with Kelly L in this 2-day immersion. It's for regular practitioners who would like to explore deeper in an anatomy based platform and its binding with subtle traditional yoga practices. 

As we bounce into a voyage of Anamaya Kosa (physical body) through shapes, spaces and fascial connections, we shall coil and uncoil to explore a new paradigm in yoga movement and perspective. This allows you to connect to a deeper sense of integration and understanding of your blue print within.

It's also a great thirst-quencher for those wishing to taste the fine wine of smooth alignment, to sit at the stalk of your center or add a general fizz to your daily practice. Improve awareness insight into techniques such as Adho Mukha Svanasana (down dog) to Adho Mukha Vrksasana (handstand) transition. Blending a cocktail of vinyasa, hatha, slow movement, meditation and yin-based practices, you shall savor a shifting from tangible to energetic, gross to subtle, to stir and awaken the sweet honey within. The first day shall be oriented to the fascial web structure, and the second day to your innate blue print within.  

Upon completion of your exploration, Lucy aims for you to sense the intricacy behind postures and the wholeness between parts. Expect to delve deep into anatomy and link it to the reasoning behind ancient yogic practices through their physical and dynamic expression.

We shall look at form, shapes and spaces, combined with trigger areas that are of relevance to a physical yoga practice. The second day is tailored towards your innate blue print within. Following with subtle continuation from day 1, Lucy shall present a brief introduction into our embryological formation and how this correlates with yoga and movement practices. A chance to become still, to tap into subtlety and sense deeper within.

Kelly L’s journey began as a professional dancer. Her curiosity for a deeper knowledge into the mechanics of the body, and the philosophy of the mind drew her to yoga. She first found a love for the physical aspects, and as she continued her practice, she started to unravel the energetic and spiritual side that affirmed her decision to teach. Lucy leaped into a playground of study: Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa Yoga, later adding studies in Anusara, Pilates, Eastern Massage and Cranio-sacral Therapy.

She sees yoga, and all movement and awareness practices, as tools to create clarity, presence, truthfulness, and overall health in our modern day existence. Lucy believes that through a regular yoga and meditation practice, we have the ability to receive a little bit of liberation and growth everyday. Her teaching aims to blend body, mind, and energetics to facilitate balance, connection, integration and most of all lightness for all her students.
