JP Campos

In each class, JP intends to hold space in a way that makes students feel safe, present and empowered — to believe in themselves, perhaps explore a new variation within a pose, and to ask the deeper questions that ultimately uncover one’s personal Truth. By allowing our breath to guide both our movement and our stillness, JP believes we can (re)connect with our inner wisdom.

JP is grateful for his teachers, Blair Hughes and Leigh Khoo, who have shown him what it means to practice yoga — both on and off the mat — with humility, devotion and a sense of wonder. He sees himself first and foremost as a student, and he carries this belief through to his teaching by approaching classes with not only an openness to share, but also a curiosity to learn from each practitioner in the room.
