Meditation transforms you at every level of your consciousness. Just like showering each day to cleanse your body, meditation cleanses your mind, removing all of your past impressions which are stored within your mind and body.
The session will begin by exploring many of the different styles of meditation practices and look at what style suits you best. Learning how to prepare for meditation is the key to a sustainable meditation practice. You will learn key steps that prepares and leads your mind into deep states of stillness. You will also learn powerful pranayama breathing techniques to unlock energy centres within your spine “chakras”; these teachings are thousands of years old, which are originally derived from tantric teachings.

ABOUT BLAIR HUGHES
Blair Hughes is a natural teacher with over 10 years of experience. He has an innate ability to inspire and empower his students, intuitively guiding them on a journey above and beyond the physical.
His journey into yoga started back in Scotland when he was 18. It was 15 years later before he began teaching and studying with some of the most influential yoga teachers and performance coaches in the world. He is an E-RYT 500hr certified yoga teacher trainer and practices with his teacher, Eileen Hall, in Sydney, Australia.
Blair’s gentle nature, combined with a commanding presence, creates a powerful and potent space to transform and grow.
