White: Behind Mental Health Stigma

A book about mental health in Singapore as told through the perspectives of fifty voices including Dr Mythily Subramaniam (IMH), Dr Terence Yow (AMKFSC), Tina Hung from National Council of Social Service (NCSS), Transient Workers Count Too (TWC2), Inter-University LGBT Network, Liyana Dhamirah, Indulekshmi Rajeswari, Charmaine Poh, and Rachel Pang Comics.

This consolidation of academic perspectives, professional insights and personal narratives covers a broad range of topics such as trauma, dementia, corporate mental health and post-natal depression. There will also be sharings about navigating our local mental healthcare, a guide to daily journalling, and where to go for help online and offline.
