Session 1: Gentle Flow with Anita Boh
10am - 11am: Gentle flow
11am - 11.30am: Matcha appreciation
As spring unfolds, so does the first tea harvest of the year—marking a time of renewal, vitality, and fresh beginnings. Just as the tender first leaves of matcha are carefully picked in April, this gentle flow invites you to embrace a season of awakening through slow, fluid transitions and grounding postures.
Suitable for all levels, this special class offers a moment to reset, reconnect, and welcome the season with open hearts and open minds.
Session 2: Yin Yang with Cheryl Leo
12pm - 1pm: Yin yang
1pm - 1.30pm: Matcha appreciation
Nature reminds us of the beauty of balance—softness and strength, stillness and movement, yin and yang. This special class is designed to honour that harmony within yourself. Starting off with a flow, the pace of the class will gradually decrease, moving into restorative poses to invite stillness, release tension, and create space for new energy.
Suitable for all levels, this special class invites you to find balance within, just as nature does with every new harvest.

ABOUT ANITA BOH
Anita began her yoga journey with Hom in 2013. Her first introduction was a 90-minute hot yoga class. She fell in love with it, and the rest is history. She took her first 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 with Hom. In 2021, Anita left her corporate job to fully dedicate herself to teaching yoga full-time.
Throughout various stages of her life, yoga has provided a safe space to center her thoughts. Beyond the physical benefits, Anita views yoga as a way of life and an ongoing journey of self-discovery. She considers herself both a dedicated student and a passionate teacher of yoga. With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, Anita draws inspiration from her mentors: Blair Hughes (Power Vinyasa), Copper Crow (Hot Hatha), Amber Sawyer (Prenatal and Postnatal), and Nicky Hadjithoma (Yin).
Anita is dedicated to guide people of all ages and abilities discover their physical, emotional strength and resilience. Her teaching style is grounding, supportive, and inclusive, focusing on simple and dynamic full-body sequences, combined with breathwork and meditation.
Outside of yoga, you might find her spending time in nature, reading about horoscopes, or enjoying music under the sky.
ABOUT CHERYL LEO
Cheryl was introduced to yoga in 2016 when she was teaching ballet. Over time, she fell in love with the fluidity of a vinyasa practice. The incorporation of breath into movement, when weaved together in a perfect sync, becomes a graceful dance. It was similar to the classical ballet that she was used to yet different at the same time. It felt intoxicating.
Hungry for more, she signed up for a Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and has been teaching since her graduation.
With a penchant for a good and fun flow, supported by proper alignment and spatial awareness from her ballet background, students will be encouraged to cultivate a safe practice while having fun.
