MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  • All membership packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • All membership packages, with the exception of contract members, are non-extendable.
  • All membership packages are for individual usage. No sharing is allowed.
  • All membership contracts will auto renew on a weekly basis. 

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Reservations can be made 3 days in advance.
  • If class is fully booked, you will be placed on wait list. Multiple wait list bookings are allowed. Upon confirmation of class, your name will be removed from other wait lists.
  • Reservation spaces forfeited 5 minutes before class begins.
  • 2 hours notice required for cancellations.

LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

  • Class packages: 1 class taken off.
  • Membership and unlimited packages: $15 late cancellation fee applies.
