Unwind & Align: A Meditation Journey with Anita Boh, Oct 26
River Valley
Sunday, Oct 26 2025
12:30pm - 1:45pm
Join Anita for a deeply nourishing 60-minute session of Gentle Flow & Meditation, designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign.
We’ll begin with 40 minutes of gentle flow yoga - a slow, intentional practice to soothe the nervous system, release physical tension, and invite mindful awareness into each movement. This flow is perfect for anyone feeling the weight of a busy schedule or seeking a moment of calm in a fast-paced world.
Next, you’ll be guided through a 20-minute meditation, fully supported with blankets and props to ensure deep comfort. Whether you're new to meditation or returning to your practice, this portion of the session invites inner stillness and space to simply be. You'll leave feeling more centred, grounded, and spacious - body, breath and mind in quiet harmony.
Before the experience, we’ll have a 15-minute optional Q&A and sharing circle, from 12:30pm to 12:45pm. Anita will offer space to ask questions about Hom Yoga’s Urban Retreat in December 2025. It’s also a moment to reflect, integrate, or simply connect with community in a safe, supportive space.
This session is ideal for all levels - including beginners - and especially those craving balance, clarity, and conscious rest.

ABOUT ANITA BOH
Anita began her yoga journey with Hom in 2013. What started as a way to move and find calm became a constant in her life. In 2019, she completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Blair Hughes and continues to deepen her practice and growth through ongoing trainings, always evolving as both student and teacher.
Throughout various stages of her life, yoga has always been her steady anchor. It is a space to breathe, to reflect, and to return home to herself. Anita sees yoga as a way of life: a practice of presence, patience, and deep listening.
One of the most beautiful lessons yoga has taught her is that true strength often comes not from pushing, but softening. That we each hold the power to shift our perspective, again and again.
Anita finds joy in the flowing rhythm of vinyasa and the quiet depth of yin yoga. Her classes are grounding, supportive, and inclusive, suitable for all ages and bodies, with an emphasis on mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.
When she’s not teaching, you might find her walking barefoot in nature, reading about horoscopes, or having a little picnic under the stars.
