When Caroline took the plunge into a 200-hour yoga teachers' training four years ago, it was more about educating herself than contributing to a professional career of any kind. However, that grew into an insatiable appetite for even more yoga instructions and workshops from the offerings of Bryan Kest, Sarah Powers, Kathryn Budig and many more teachers along the way. All these teachings have provided a wealth of yoga styles to learn from, bringing about a self discovery and heightened sense of awareness that Caroline is most thankful for.
