The Front Desk and Membership Coordinator (Part Time) will support and assist in relevant membership and sales coordination.

Key Tasks
  • Assist Director with sales, and membership coordination tasks
  • Assist with all membership related matters; front of house, sales enquiries, and customer service related tasks
  • Promote sales with a genuine customer first approach

  • Relevant working experience in customer service and sales
  • Readiness to go above and beyond to provide a positive customer experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to multi task, yet meticulous with strong attention to details
  • Fluency in English oral and written with excellent writing skills
