Front Desk and Community Stewardship Coordinator (Full Time), Singapore

What You Will Own

1. Front Desk Operations & Member Experience

You are the anchor of the studio floor.

  •  Create an exceptional member experience with presence, warmth, confidence and care
  •  Run daily opening/closing procedures with consistency and care
  •  Manage all bookings, check-ins, payments, refunds, and package enquiries accurately
  • Handle member questions and issues with empathy and solution-focused approach
  • Uphold studio policies fairly and professionally
  • Work closely with team to ensure systems and processes are followed through and actively refine SOPs for greater efficiency
  • Coordinate daily maintenance, cleanliness checks, overall operational excellence and energetic flow of the space
2. Community Stewardship & Sales

You are driven by creating more value and impact that balance revenue, care and long-term relationships. 

  • Actively seek out new sales or conversion opportunities through direct engagement with members at the studio before/after class, networking and social media
  • Consistent follow up with leads, lapsed members, and inquiries
  • Build strong relationships with members by suggesting only suitable offerings
  • Tracking of conversations with members and sales growth data
  • Support flash sales, promos, and seasonal campaigns

Success looks like: Members feel cared for, not sold to, and revenue grows steadily.

3. Business Development Support

You help turn ideas into execution. 

  • Execute strategies to grow membership leads and revenue
  • Identify and follow through with B2B opportunities such as corporate classes, partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Assist in building a healthy pipeline and deliver consistent sales results aligned to company targets
