The Front Desk and Membership Coordinator (Full Time) will support and assist in relevant membership and sales coordination.

- Assist Director with sales, and membership coordination tasks
- Manage and execute the monthly membership and sales plans
- Follow up on enquiries regarding memberships and sales opportunities
- Assist with all membership related matters; front of house, sales enquiries, and customer service related tasks
- Promote sales with a genuine customer first approach
Key Requirements
- Relevant working experience in customer service and sales
- Readiness to go above and beyond to provide a positive customer experience
- Outstanding project management and communication skills
- Ability to multi task, yet meticulous with strong attention to details
- Fluency in English oral and written with excellent writing skills
- A team player with a strong initiative
- Skilled and quick on the computer
- Willingness to work shift hours
