Hom Presents: Regenerative Living by Michelle Saram, May 30

Orchard Central
Saturday, May 30, 2026
2.30pm - 3.30pm

You brush your teeth. Nobody taught you to brush your energy field.

Most women are carrying multiple invisible loads that no amount of sleep, supplements, or self-care fixes.

Energy hygiene is defined as the daily, deliberate practice of clearing the accumulated load on your nervous system, cells, and environment - before it becomes symptoms. Not a cleanse. Not a ritual. A biological practice with a measurable effect on how you age, think, and function.

In this 1-hour workshop with Michelle, you will leave with a complete picture of your load that includes:

  • A somatic map of where your energy is leaking – physical, biochemical, emotional, environmental, relational.
  • Three tools you can implement by next day morning – each grounded in biology, not willpower.
  • A framework for understanding why rest isn’t restoring you and what actually will.

This is not a wellness talk. This is not a yoga asana class. It’s an hour with your own biology – finally speaking its language.

“The body is not the obstacle. It is the architecture.”

ABOUT MICHELLE SARAM

Michelle spent two decades across entertainment, hospitality, and wellness — performing across Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, co-owning restaurants and boutique hotels in Sri Lanka, and accumulating the kind of exhaustion that outpaces its causes. The search for answers took her through functional medicine, nutrition, nervous system regulation, somatic practice, and eventually to the frontier of pre-verbal survival pattern work — the physiology underneath the psychology.

What emerged was a framework: the body is responding, precisely and intelligently, to everything it has been asked to carry. That understanding is the foundation of everything she teaches.

Her work sits at the intersection of biological terrain, nervous system regulation, and longevity — the conditions under which the body stops compensating and starts restoring.

Michelle holds certifications in integrative nutrition, nervous system regulation, and Reiki, and is completing her Source Code certification. She works with clinical partners across Singapore and Hong Kong, and her methodology is grounded in the Total Load concept — the cumulative biological burden across every domain of modern life.

The Energy Hygiene workshop is an invitation to meet your own biology with curiosity.
